Online Availability

Online therapy has now become a proven and effective way of receiving mental health therapy. All you need is a reliable and safe internet connection, 4 walls (yes, your car counts), complete privacy (no-one present with you), and the session can commence.

In-person Availability

In-person therapy is the traditional form of therapy practiced since the inception of therapy more than 100 years ago. This therapy option is available with me and is how I was trained as a therapist. It’s invaluable being physically present for a session, however, with modern advances making it possible for virtual therapy sessions, I understand and accept if you’d prefer not to come in person.

Location

Whether virtual or in-person, therapy will occur at my home in an office separate from the rest of the house. Specific instructions will be provided at the time of booking an appointment relative to location and how to access my office.
